The Highlands
The Highlands is a new mixed-use destination in the heart of Albuquerque. Built on Historic Route-66, The Highlands combines multifamily, hospitality and restaurant and retail within one master-plan. Currently under construction is the 118-room Marriott Springhill Suites hotel which features one dedicated floor for Ronald McDonald house. 92 residential apartments are also under construction, with an additional 228 units planned. Highlands Central Market, a 15,000 square foot urban food hall and artisanal market, will connect to the main lobby of Presbyterian Hospital via a 392’ landmark skybridge, to service the staff, patients, visitors and the local community. Additional retail and restaurant space will be available adjacent to a community plaza with art installations and landscaping.
